Our 2016 Merlot is from Indian Springs Ranch's Block 8. We have blended 1.5% Cabernet Sauvignon from Dry Creek to complement and accent the wine flavors. This is a complex, multilayered wine that opens with flavors of deep black plum followed by delicate layers of black cherry, chocolate, and dried herbs. Oak nuanced hints of cedar, tobacco and leather add to the flavor layers. Aged in French and American oak, the firm tannins and complex fruit make this wine perfect with prime rib or steak. 273 cases produced.
