This recipe calls for boneless chicken thighs. Using bone in thighs or BBQ as satay or kabobs would also work nicely.
Ingredients:
3 lbs boneless chicken thighs
Marinade:
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 small shallot, chopped
1 tsp fresh ginger
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 tsp tumeric
3 Tbl soy sauce
1 Tbl oyster sauce
1 Tbl hoison sauce
1 Tbl sugar
1 cup MacLeod Merlot
Directions:
Combine all marinade incredients, add chicken, cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
BBQ chicken.
Serve with broccolini or baby bok choi over jasmine rice.
Garnish with green scallions if desired.
