ThinningAs required to manage crop loads. Zinfandel gets most attention. Goal: To each bunch a home.
ResultsAt harvest Sauvignon Blanc juice shows a rich golden color with strong tastes and aromas of apricot, pineapple, and citrus. Zinfandel has a wonderful aroma and taste of blackberries and raspberries, with a rich deep purple color. Merlot has intense fruit flavors with hints of plum cherry and raspberry.
