Here on the ranch, the past 26 years have been full of challenges. We have wrangled with hungry deer, endless rocks, farming woes, and our own inexperience. But we have been sustained by our goals: to establish our own vineyard; to learn and work together; to take good care of our employees; and to create opportunity for future generations of our family. We even added a thrilling new dimension to our collective dream by creating our own wine brand that fully expresses all the flavors of the ranch that we call home.
And while the whole endeavor could accurately be viewed as a retirement project run amuck, we prefer to see the annual journey to harvest as a most wonderful way of life!
From all of us - George and Greta, Rich and Gail, Noel and Steve, Sue and Ed, John and Marjorie, and all the grandkids - thank you for helping to make all the most important parts of our dream a reality.
